This is an imperfect recipe post! :)
These are the spinach, smoked lardons & pecorino cheese scones I worked on today. I wanted them sliced with a cookie cutter in this perfect square shape and to have them in the smaller size, but they didn't rise enough.
Next time, I'll cook down the spinach a bit more to eliminate more moisture. I'll add more baking powder and probably another egg (I only added one.)
We all make mistakes in the kitchen, even after many years and a lot of cooking.
I'll still eat those and give some away. They taste incredible!
I am currently editing some old Twitch streams to add extra fun things on here if you're part of the FoodieFanClub or The Tribe. Quick question: would you watch a full 20 to 30-minute compilation of the episode (editing down a 2-3h video in 20 to 30 minutes), or would you prefer something more like a bunch of random short clips spread out?
I have to admit that shooting is flowing nicely lately. I’m obviously never fast enough for my own taste and I wished my goal of 20 edited and ready to go episodes would be ready by now but I try to remind myself that slow and steady win the race instead of rushing and creating half fast content I wont be happy with in the long term.
Happy to say that I currently have 8 fully edited episodes for my come back to YouTube and seeing the half way mark getting closer is extremely motivating. 💪✨
That’s pretty much it for today’s post but I just wanted to pass by to give you a little heads up of what’s happening in my world while also reminding you (and myself) that…
Slow and steady win the race.
There’s no point in rushing your creative process because the process is what we…
